By accessing smasher.fun, connecting a wallet, or participating in any game session, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Smasher provides an on-chain, real-money interactive game deployed on the MegaEth blockchain. All gameplay is recorded on-chain through smart contract interactions.

These Terms include a binding arbitration agreement and a class-action waiver. Please read carefully.

What Smasher Is (and Isn’t)

Smasher is a whack-a-mole-style on-chain game designed purely for entertainment.

• Gameplay involves reaction-based interactions
• Each session is executed on-chain
• Outcomes are determined by the game mechanics and smart contracts

Smasher is not:

• A financial product
• An investment vehicle
• A security, commodity, or derivative
